He came out the same day to look at the project and provide an estimate, which immediately gave me confidence that I was working with someone professional and dependable. Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. He followed through on everything he said he would do, kept me informed, showed up when promised, and completed the work on schedule. In today’s world, that level of reliability is hard to find. The dock installation itself was outstanding.
